Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry scored 30-points for the tenth-straight game, putting him in elite company.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has been on absolute fire as of late. Not only has he been a sure-fire bucket, but he has also made some history in the past week. More of the latter occurred on Saturday evening.

During Golden State’s game against the Boston Celtics, Curry recorded over 30-points for the 10th consecutive game he has played. Now he has tied Los Angeles Lakers legend and Hall of Fame inductee Kobe Bryant for most consecutive 30-point games by a player age 33 or older.

Curry scored 47 points by shooting 15-for-27 from the field, 11-for-19 from the three-point line and six-for-eight from the free throw line. Despite this point total, the Warriors lost to the Celtics by the score of 119-114.

This past Monday during Golden State’s game against the Denver Nuggets, Curry became the franchise’s all-time leading scorer after dropping 21 points in the first quarter. As a result, he passed basketball legend Wilt Chamberlain on top of the franchise-scoring list. Oh, and Curry dropped a total 53 points on the Nuggets as well.

Speaking of Chamberlain, Curry now has the most consecutive 30-point games by a Warrior since Chamberlain had a 12-game streak back in 1964.

The history only continued for Curry, as he broke a record for most three-pointers made in a three-game span after draining 29 shots from behind the arc. Did we forget to tell you that this all happened in the past week? Because it all happened in the past week.

If you see a Warriors game is on in the coming days, watch it, because you can witness Curry build upon his already tremendous legacy.
