FanDuel NFL 2021: Best lineup for Week 9

As you look to set the course for FanDuel winnings in Week 9, here’s a lineup to consider deploying.

The beauty of DFS is a clean slate every week. Based on what our FanDuel lineup has or hasn’t done in recent weeks, that’s a good thing.

Moving on to Week 9, I’ll be using this Sunday main slate lineup in a contest, as I do every week. Call it putting my money where my mouth is.

Without further ado, here is my FanDuel lineup for Week 9.

Quarterback-Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Cleveland Browns-$7,600

I don’t love the top-end DFS quarterbacks this week, and it got thinner with Aaron Rodgers out Sunday due to COVID-19. So Burrow is the guy here, with three touchdowns and one interception in three straight games and a good Week 9 matchup against the Cleveland Browns.

The Browns enter Week 9 allowing 21.2 FanDuel points per game to quarterbacks (tied for seventh-most). If not for facing a banged up and mediocre Teddy Bridgewater and the shell of Ben Roethlisberger the last two weeks, they would be worse.

Burrow is among the best quarterbacks the Browns have faced this year. The floor is good for him, with solid upside in Week 9.
