Winner Take All Championship Unification: WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns

Here we are, the main event. This is the money match for WWE, as they have dubbed it the “Biggest WrestleMania Match of All-Time.” It is a Winner Take All, Championship Unification match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar.

Reigns has been the Universal Champion since late August of 2020. Last summer, an old foe in Brock Lesnar made his return, and the feud has been revitalized with Lesnar being the face and Reigns being the heel.

It has been quite the journey this year. Lesnar won the WWE Championship at Day 1, only to lose it to Bobby Lashley following interference by Reigns at the Royal Rumble. Later that night, Lesnar won the Men’s Royal Rumble match by entering at the No. 30 spot. He challenged Reigns for the Universal title, but said he would do so as WWE Champion. At Elimination Chamber, Lesnar regained the title, setting up the Winner Take All match.

All caught up? But wait, there is more.

This is the third time that Reigns and Lesnar have faced off in the main event of WrestleMania, with the former never winning. Their first bout at WrestleMania 31 in 2015 ended with Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase and won the WWE Championship by pinning Reigns. At WrestleMania 34, Lesnar defeated Reigns to retain the Universal Championship.

This match should be chaotic, especially with the stipulation that the winner walks out of AT&T Stadium with both titles. This has to be the moment where Reigns finally defeats Lesnar to become the Unified WWE Heavyweight Champion.

Winner: Roman Reigns
