Kansas basketball is back in the Final Four and ready to face Villanova. The KU radio stream will call things from the Jayhawks’ point of view.

Kansas came into the NCAA Tournament with one goal: To win it all.

They’re just two games away from accomplishing that feat, but continuing on will mean getting through their toughest test yet.

On Saturday, the Jayhawks will take on the Villanova Wildcats in the Final Four. A win means advancing to the National Championship Game. A loss means going home disappointed again.

Kansas and Villanova have met 10 times before with the Wildcats leading the series narrowly at 5-4.

Villanova also has the edge in postseason play at 2-1. While Kansas beat the Wildcats en route to their championship in 2008, they lost their meetings in the 2016 Elite Eight and the 2018 Final Four.

Their last meeting was in 2019 and resulted in a loss for the Jayhawks. They’ll have the chance to avenge those defeats in New Orleans.
