Every team hopes the Final Four won’t be a struggle bus but Villanova, Kansas, North Carolina or Duke could be riding it very soon.

Nobody wants to lose at the Final Four but someone has to do it. That’s the uncomfortable truth for either Villanova or Kansas and North Carolina or Duke.

By the end of Saturday night, two teams will be celebrating and advancing to the national title game on Monday. Two teams will go home because they hit the wall in New Orleans.

Which teams will be on the party bus and which will be riding the struggle bus?

Villanova has a strong track record of besting the Jayhawks in recent years. However, they won’t have guard Justin Moore, who tore his Achilles tendon late in the Elite Eight.

Moore averaged 14.8 points and 4.8 rebounds for the Wildcats this season. He’ll be too difficult to replace against a strong Kansas team this late in the tournament.

As for North Carolina, they got to spoil Coach K’s final home game but they won’t have the fire power to do it again in the tournament. This rivalry grudge match will go the way of the Blue Devils this time.

At least the Wildcats and Tar Heels won’t be riding the struggle bus alone. Everyone does it at some point in their life, whether they can’t focus in class, are having trouble juggling all of life’s demands or just suffering sports heartbreak.

The month-long tour is beginning in New Orleans at the Final Four and refueling fans throughout the final weekend of March Madness. It’ll then travel to Athens, Georgia for a special recording of the modern dating podcast “U UP?” with Betches co-founder Jordana Abraham and comedian Jared Freid.
