Today’s Premier League news includes transfer rumors on Neymar to Manchester United, Jude Bellingham to Real Madrid and Mason Mount to Bayern Munich.

Premier League news: Neymar to Manchester United

Neymar has scored 82 goals in 112 games for Paris Saint Germain in Ligue 1 and he has found the back of the net 68 times in 123 games for Barcelona in La Liga. However, the Brazilian is yet to play in the Premier League but he could be a transfer target for United.

The Sun has reported that “United will make a sensational move for PSG star Neymar if the Qatari bidders are successful in their takeover. Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al Thani, the ambitious billionaire bidder from the Middle East, is eyeing the Brazilian as a marquee signing this summer.”

This is just speculation right now and we still do not know who the next owners of United will be. Also, the manager Eric ten Hag may have concerns about signing Neymar. The last player they had with the global fame Neymar currently possesses was Cristiano Ronaldo and his time at Old Trafford ended when he criticized the manager and the club in an interview with Piers Morgan.

Ten Hag has done a good job at United after a difficult start where Ronaldo wanted to leave and they lost their first two games of the season to Brentford and Brighton. Now they have won the EFL Cup, are into the final of the FA Cup and are currently fourth in the Premier League.

Premier League news: Jude Bellingham to Madrid

There have been a lot of rumours about Bellingham’s future and it now appears that his next club after Borussia Dortmund might not be in the Premier League but in La Liga. According to Ekrem Konur “Manchester United, Manchester City, PSG, and Chelsea could be set to miss out on the Borussia Dortmund superstar as Real Madrid ramp up their pursuit for English wonderkid Jude Bellingham.”

Bellingham has been on fine form for Dortmund this season, he has scored five goals and made five assists in 29 Bundesliga matches. The Englishman has even captained the side which is remarkable for a player who is just 19.

The former Birmingham City player is yet to play in the Premier League as his time with the midlands side was spent in the Championship. However, if he is to make the move to Los Blancos then they will be getting their hands on one of the brightest talents in World soccer.

Premier League news: Mason Mount to Munich

Mason Mount’s contract with Chelsea expires at the end of next season which has prompted speculation about his future. A move to Bayern Munich is reportedly an option but according to the Football Insider, “the imminent appointment of Mauricio Pochettino has given hope to those inside Stamford Bridge that Mount will stay put at Chelsea.

“Liverpool and Arsenal are both preparing to submit bids for the 24-year-old this summer, while Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are also pushing to join the race.”

The midfielder has spent his entire career at Chelsea except for loan spells at Vitesse Arnhem and Derby County. So it would be strange to see him at another Premier League club but a move to Bayern would be an exciting option if he does not stay with the Blues.
