After going down 17-0 in the first half of their match-up against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, they hoped to turn things around. Instead, Tom Brady was sacked and fumbled, leading to Jamaal Charles’ third touchdown of the game to make it 24-0.
On the next possession, Brady tried to go deep to his favorite target, Julian Edelman. Edelman, however, stopped on his route and Brady was picked off by Sean Smith. Smith returned the ball to the 14-yard line.
Somehow the Patriots were able to hold the Chiefs to a field goal, making it 27-0.
