This is for the games that kick between 3:30 and 6pm eastern. The primetime picks will be up by 5 eastern.
(4)Oklahoma(-2.5) at (25)TCU: This line is down five points, and it shouldn’t be. I would have taken it at 7.5. Give me the Sooners for my lock of the midday games!
North Carolina State at Clemson(-14.5): I don’t like the half at all, especially with how the Wolfpack played against Florida State. That one was at home though. I will take Clemson, I guess.
Wake Forest at (1)Florida State(-38.5): The Seminoles are 0-4 against the spread this year after going 13-1 last year. I don’t particularly like anything Wake has done, but I can’t deny that the Noles aren’t the same team. Give me Wake.
(7)Baylor(-15.5) at Texas: This is a tough place to play, and Texas has looked much better since BYU shredded them again. I think I have to go with the Longhorns at home.
Ohio at Central Michigan(-3.5): Ohio is better than they were three weeks ago. Give me the Bobcats.
Buffalo at Bowling Green(-3.5): This is way low. BGSU wins big at home!
New Mexico at UTSA(-17.5): I don’t like the half, but the Lobos have been awful. UTSA has been good at home. I think I have to go with the Roadrunners.
(17)Wisconsin(-7.5) at Northwestern: The Wildcats are getting way too much credit for shutting down an average Penn State offense. Gordon goes off, and Wisconsin wins BIG!
(14)Stanford(-2.5) at (9)Notre Dame: Notre Dame was never favored despite being at home and a higher ranked team. This game will be a defensive struggle, but I still think Stanford wins by three. Give me the Cardinal.
(3)Alabama(-5.5) at (11)Mississippi: Bama is tested under pressure. Ole Miss is not. I like Bama here. Sims has this offense running smoothly right now.
Navy(-3.5) at Air Force: Both teams have looked average or worse at times this year, but this should be a close one. I will still take Navy though. They are the safer pick.
Oregon State(-6.5) at Colorado: Too low. The Colorado defense has been getting torched through the air, and Sean Mannion can throw with the best of them. Give me the Beavers.
Vanderbilt at (13)Georgia(-33.5): Vandy can’t move the ball, but their defense has been decent. Can they hold the Bulldogs under five touchdowns at home. I have my doubts. Give me Georgia.
Kansas at West Virginia(-27.5): You know the Mounties want revenge for last year’s mess in Lawrence. Give me West Virginia.
Kent State at Northern Illinois(-24.5): The Flashes have been terrible. I have to think UNI covers at home.
South Alabama(-3.5) at Appalachian State: This looks low. The Jaguars are a solid team. Give me South Alabama.
The picks for the night games will be up by 5pm eastern!
