The No. 1 high school basketball player in the country is Ben Simmons. The Montverde Academy senior is currently participating in the highly covered Dicks Sporting Goods High School National Basketball Tournament. During a game against Findlay Prep, the Australian sensation made somewhat of an interesting pass to his teammate.
In what was likely a slightly botched (yet still effective) behind the back dish, Simmons appeared to have thrown the ball off of his own butt. While the reigning Gatorade and Naismith National Player of the Year winner has displayed skills that have virtually all major Division I programs drooling over him, something tells us no one has ever seen anything of this sort before.

For his spectacular senior season, Simmons has recorded averages of 28 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 2.6 steals per game. The 6’8″ 2320 lb phenom has shot 70.7 percent in 29 regular season games this past year. According to 24/7 Sports, he officially signed with LSU back on November 12th, 2014.
