A definitive guide to disrespect in the NBA

We at Fastbreak Breakfast are very concerned with decorum in all fields, particularly those relating to NBA etiquette. So we have convened for a brand new episode to cover some sensitive topics relating to Troy Daniels, DeMarcus Cousins, Denzel Valentine and others whose behavior may have rubbed people the wrong way.
This episode should also provide useful for entertainment for those hunkered down during snowstorms in the Northwest, rain drizzles in Southern California or unseasonably warm January days in Tennessee activating raging allergy attacks.
