Falcons at Lions live stream: Online, TV, mobile, Xbox and more
By Brad Weiss
The Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions will do battle inside Ford Field on Sunday, with both teams coming into the game without a loss.
In a battle of two of the last of the unbeatens in the NFL, the Atlanta Falcons will travel to Detroit to take on the Lions on Sunday. The Falcons and Lions are both coming off wins in primetime in Week 2, and they both looked good picking up the win. The Lions beat the New York Giants on the road pretty soundly, while the Falcons took care of business at home against the Green Bay Packers.
That game against the Packers was a rematch of the NFC Championship Game from a year ago, and this season’s matchup had the same result. The Falcons were unstoppable on offense, and the defense made enough plays to halt a very good Packers offense. Atlanta will be without sack master Vic Beasley Jr. in this one, as he tore his hamstring in the victory on Sunday night.

Against the Giants, the Lions showed that they are once again for real. A year after surprising people by making it to the postseason, the Lions are off to a hot start once again, and have already beaten two teams who may be Wildcard contenders by the end of the season. Quarterback Matthew Stafford was given a big contract this offseason, and through the first two games, his play has warranted the money.

This could wind up being one of the better games on the slate this weekend, as these two teams just may meet back up in the playoffs in a couple of months. Both offenses are firing on all cylinders, with both quarterback playing at a very high level right now. This is going to be a high-scoring affair, and it will be decided by which defense can actually get a stop late.
