Not only could the Dallas Cowboys not put up a fight in the first half against the Arizona Cardinals, but they couldn’t even win in an actual fight!

The Week 6 edition of Monday Night Football was originally slated to be a battle between Kyler Murray of the Arizona Cardinals and Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys. That quarterback duel was scrapped after Prescott suffered a dislocated right ankle last week, meaning that Andy Dalton would have to take over the reins of Dallas’ offense. It’s going just as well as you would have expected.

Dallas got on the board with a field goal by kicker Greg Zuerlein, cutting their deficit to 21-3. Following the kick, Cardinals inside linebacker Tanner Vallejo and an unspecified Cowboy got into a scrum!

If we were to pick a winner of the fight, it would definitely be Vallejo. He took the Cowboy to the ground and began pummeling him. It was so bad that the Dallas player could do nothing but throw upward kicks from his back!

The Cowboys could get nothing done with Dalton under center, and matters got much worse after star offensive guard Zack Martin left the game to be evaluated for a concussion. The wheels continued to fall off, as Ezekiel Elliott managed to fumble twice in the first half, leading to two Cardinals touchdowns. The first score came on a six-yard pass from Kyler Murray to Christian Kirk and the second on a goal-line rush by Kenyan Drake. The Cardinals built on their lead on an impressive 80-yard touchdown pass from Murray to Kirk.

The Cowboys couldn’t even put up a fight, both in football and in an actual fight!
