The Cardinals and Raiders are among the teams on upset alert in Week 15.

Playoff positioning is taking center stage as the NFL reaches Week 15. Just three short weeks are all that is left for teams to pick up the necessary wins to participate in the postseason, making the act of avoiding upsets even more valuable.

Which teams need to be on alert to avoid getting knocked off by a pesky underdog this week? Check out our top three contenders below, with all odds referenced in this post provided courtesy of the FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Cardinals need to be on upset alert against the Eagles

We mentioned the Cardinals as a potential upset victim last week and they responded nicely with a huge road win over the New York Giants. Arizona’s defensive front harassed Daniel Jones, sacking him six times and forcing three fumbles in a dominant 26-7 win.

This victory was a much-needed one for the Cardinals, who entered the contest on a three-game skid and losers of four out of their past five games. This week brings another NFC East foe in the Philadelphia Eagles, with oddsmakers currently favoring Arizona by six points at home.

Doug Pederson is playing coy with his quarterback decision but he should stick with Jalen Hurts, who ran for 106 yards and threw for 167 more as the Eagles upset the vaunted Saints at home. Hurts is a dangerous player who could negate Arizona’s pass rush with his legs, making him a threat to lead the Eagles past the Cardinals for a win that could do some damage to Arizona’s wild-card hopes.
